AN UNOBTRUSIVE APPROACH THAT SETS YOU UP FOR AN EXPERIENCE YOU CAN ENJOY
Working with me is meant to feel calm, easy, and intentional. I take a documentary-first approach, focusing on real moments as they naturally unfold rather than anything forced or overly posed. On your wedding day, I’m a steady presence — observant when things are happening, and quietly guiding when support is helpful.
In the lead-up to your wedding, I’m here to help with planning and timeline considerations, alongside your planner, so your day flows well and you can stay present.
From start to finish, my goal is to document how your day actually felt — the big moments, the in-between ones, and everything that connects them. You can trust that I’ll be fully present, adaptable, and focused on telling your story in a way that feels timeless and real.
When we received our wedding gallery, I could not figure out how one person had managed to photograph every single moment from every single angle (including close-ups!), all without us noticing!? But that just goes to show how much of an absolute professional Danielle is.

I barely even noticed Danielle to be honest - she was there but not in the way. She just let us be us but was also a voice of reason when the families needed to be gathered and direction was needed. I'm still in shock how she could be so many places at once as one human - and we didnt even know she was there!! - Gaynor
The location she chose for family photos was private and gorgeous, but thoughtfully close to the main house and the reception so our family members didn't have to trek for pictures. Danielle is so prepared that no time was wasted, she never had to demand anyone's attention, or boss anyone around.

Think in layers, movement, and tone. Editorial sessions are best styled with minimal palettes, rich textures, and silhouettes that photograph well in natural light. A refined wardrobe doesn’t need to be elaborate—it just needs to feel like you, elevated.
Yes—often and happily. Whether it’s in Ontario, British Columbia or Europe, I love photographing in both familiar and foreign spaces.
